We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join this award-winning kitchen.
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast service, managing your section, completing mise en place, and supporting junior chefs where needed. You will work with excellent organic produce in a fine dining environment.
The purpose of the Breakfast Chef role is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all breakfast service operations. Each morning, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, organising your station, and ensuring all dishes are cooked accurately to specification and served promptly.
You will take ownership of morning prep, from batch-preparing key items to cooking fresh dishes to order during peak times. This includes closely monitoring stock levels, rotating produce, and communicating any shortages or requirements to the Head Chef or management team.

The Perks

40-hour working week
Basic salary of £29,417
Plus service charge (approx. £4,000 per annum)

The Person
The Breakfast Chef will have:
Experience at a similar level in a quality hotel, restaurant, or fine dining environment
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
A thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen, including COSHH and HACCP
Ideally be able to drive or live locally
A passion for fresh food and excellent attention to detail
Confidence to create and deliver innovative breakfast dishes
The ability to work efficiently during early morning service
