We're looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-regarded neighbourhood gastropub in South West London, known for its seasonal, ingredient-led menus.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative chef to take full ownership of the food offer in an independent setting, driving menu development while maintaining high standards in a busy, quality-focused environment.
The Role:
Full responsibility for kitchen operations and team leadership
Creating and delivering seasonal, menu-led dishes
Managing GP, stock control, and kitchen performance
Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Training and developing a small, dedicated kitchen team

The Ideal Candidate:
Current Head Chef or strong Sous ready to step up
Passion for seasonal, British produce and menu creativity
Experience in fresh food, gastropub, or similar environments
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Commercially aware with a good understanding of kitchen financials
