The Role (IN BRIEF)
We're hiring a Duty Manager for a flagship luxury residential development in North London - a major regeneration scheme delivering over 1,000 homes, landscaped green space, retail, and premium resident amenities.
This is a high-end, fully operational estate with 24-hour concierge and resort-style facilities. You'll lead the front-of-house team on shift and take ownership of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring a consistently high standard of resident experience across a busy, high-expectation environment.
The Development
A landmark North London development featuring luxury apartments, extensive landscaped green space, wellness facilities, co-working areas and on-site retail.
Residents benefit from high-end amenities including spa facilities, gym, pool, and concierge-led services - making this a fast-paced, service-driven environment where standards are high and consistency is key.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the concierge / front-of-house team on shift

Owning service standards and resident experience

Managing rotas, holidays, sickness and daily team performance

Overseeing smooth operational handovers between shifts

Acting as key on-site contact for residents and stakeholders

Supporting site leadership with operational delivery

Driving consistency, accountability and professionalism across the team

What We're Looking For:
Background in luxury hospitality, hotels or premium residential

Strong leadership experience in a front-of-house or operational role

Confident managing teams and driving performance on shift

Calm, organised and consistent xwzovoh under pressure

High standards of customer/resident service delivery
