Sous Chef - Premium Italian Restaurant - London

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to work in this fabulous, authentic, Italian restaurant in the heart of Soho. As the Sous Chef you will be preparing classic Italian dishes, creating memorable moments for all the restaurant guests you will focus on ensuring customer service is of the highest standards at all times.
The Perks

Salary package of up to £59,000 (paid hourly £23.79 for 48 hour week inc tronc)

The Place
Opened in 2008 this restaurant is a multi-award winning regional Italian restaurant with a seasonal, fresh and authentic menu located in the heart of Soho. Within this restaurant is a stunning, newly refurbished private dining room hosting up to 32 guests seated. Alongside this their main restaurant has a beautiful space for counter top, chefs table dining. If they can make something ourselves, they do from breads, sausages, salumi, pickles, mostarda, and pasta of course!
The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
Minimum two years experience as a Sous Chef
A love of Italian food- experience in Italian cooking a big plus! xwzovoh
Organised and self motivated - good at juggling tasks
To assist the CDPs in prep, organisation and growth
Fresh food background only
Confidence with Microsoft Excel and good computer literacy
Motivated, driven, hard working and reliable is essential
True passion for Italian cuisine
