Primary School Teacher

Primary School Teacher (Years 3, 4 & 5) Contract Type: Temporary Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum * Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and structured learning environment * Support and inspire pupils, including those with additional and complex needs * Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning abilities * Work collaboratively with staff, support workers, and parents to ensure pupil progress Essential Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Proven experience working with children displaying challenging behaviour * Strong classroom management skills and a calm, consistent approach * Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset Desirable: * Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) * Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and interventions * Experience in upper Key Stage 2 settings We are looking for a teacher who is confident, robust, and committed to making a positive impact on pupils who require additional support.
