About the role
Daytime Healthcare are working with a great modern Children`s Residential Home who are seeking a Registered Manager to join the. You must be an experienced Children`s Registered Manager to be considered.
The modern EBD Home has 3 Beds for 2 Children. The home is already registered with a good ofsted rating.
There is an excellent working environment and great package on offer!
As a Registered Manager you’ll be responsible for;
* Ensuring that Ofsted standards are being met
* Management of the home’s budget and expenditure
* Responsible for Safeguarding and Child protection
* Develop quality assurance systems
* Deliver effective leadership to the staff team, that promotes a positive culture of open practice
* Ensuring the staff rota is effective
What we’re looking for
* It is ESSENTIAL that you have experience of being a Registered Manager
* Experience of working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
* You’ll demonstrate a sound understanding of Ofsted requirements
* At least 2 years management experience in a children’s residential setting, within the last 5 years.
* QCF level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management for Social care (Children and Young People) or be willingness to complete this within 1st year of employment
