We are seeking Non-Executive Directors to join our Board and help shape the future of MHA.

MHA prides itself as a trusted landlord, developer of high-quality homes and a financially robust organisation with a turnover of £30m. We consistently raise the bar and have some of the highest relet standards in the UK. Our customers are at the heart of what we do. This year we achieved our highest tenant satisfaction results to date and we are looking to improve them further! We have ambitious plans to grow our business to 5,000 homes by 2030, and this year has seen us expand our geographical growth into neighbouring counties. Alongside this, we are currently looking at our overall ‘brand’, ensuring it aligns with our future aspirations and our new identity will launch later this year.

We are particularly keen to talk to candidates with specific skills or expertise in:

• Financial Management
• Cyber & Artificial Intelligence Technologies

Your experience could come from any sector or profession, as we welcome new ideas and perspectives. We also encourage applications from Welsh speakers and people from diverse backgrounds. We are passionate about people and places and want to play our part in creating a Wales where affordable housing is seen as the first step to opportunity.
