Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead their finance function and support the senior leadership team in driving business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to oversee financial operations, strengthen financial controls, deliver strategic insight, and play a pivotal role in supporting continued growth and success.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Finance:

• Lead the finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cashflow management, working capital, and treasury activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, controls, and reporting.
