We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie for a stunning boutique hotel and restaurant in Stadhampton.
We are seeking a Chef de Partie with a passion for excellence, creativity, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences. As part of an award-winning team, you will be working in a brand-new kitchen serving up to 30 covers daily. The menus are seasonal and celebrate exceptional ingredients, including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and the very best local produce.

This role is based within the hotel's brand-new kitchen, offering a creative and high-quality environment where innovation and attention to detail are key.
The Person
The successful Chef de Partie will have the following:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar environment
Proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver high standards under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Full right to work in the UK
