Were looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of our busy daytime operation, covering breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

This is a role for someone who lives for the buzz of service, cares deeply about standards, and wants real authority on the floor without sacrificing their evenings.

This is not a late-night, alcohol-led venue.

Its not a desk-based management role.

It is a leadership position where your judgement, presence, and decisions directly shape how the restaurant runs.

What Youll Be Doing Leading breakfast, brunch, and lunch services end-to-end

Being the senior, visible presence on the floor during peak periods

Setting the pace, tone, and standard of service every day

Coaching and developing supervisors and front-of-house teams in real time

Addressing performance issues clearly and constructively when they arise

Owning rotas, staffing levels, and day-to-day people management

Working closely with senior leadership to keep the operation calm, consistent, and disciplined

Youll be trusted to run the restaurant properly and expected to take responsibility when things dont go to plan.
