London N22 | £20 per hour | Full-time (40 hrs/week - Monday to Friday term-time only)

The Sous Chef will support the successful operation of the site by working closely with the Chef Manager,to support the culinary operations within the school. The role involves ensuring exceptional food preparation standards, maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation practices, and providing an excellent level of service to the companys clients and customers.

As our ideal Sous Chef you will :-
Have excellent craft skills with experience of working in hospitality/events
Demonstrate high standards of cleanliness, consistently maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
Have good communication skills at all levels
Have previous experience of ordering and controlling food costs
Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
Have a comprehensive understanding of managing allergens
Be self-motivated with a high attention to detail
