We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen at a prestigious Cambridge Consultants site, operated by Eurest. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional white-collar environment , offering a great work-life balance with no weekend shifts.
About the Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing a busy, high-volume kitchen serving up to 400 covers per day , alongside delivering a high-quality hospitality service for on-site events and meetings. This is a free issue operation, requiring strong organisational skills and a focus on consistency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food standards
Oversee high-volume food production and ensure smooth daily service
Deliver high-quality hospitality catering for client events
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence
Manage stock, food safety, and compliance standards
Drive innovation and menu development within a contract catering environment
About You Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume environment
Previous contract catering experience is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to deliver both xwzovoh bulk catering and high-end hospitality
Excellent communication and client engagement skills
Passion for food quality, presentation, and service
