Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team, setting high standards across all services
Design and deliver seasonal menus that reflect quality, sustainability and creativity
Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and budgeting
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Maintain consistency, presentation, and excellence in every dish

What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership and team management skills
