We are recruiting for an Assistant Hotel Manager to join the team at The Duke William Hotel.
Assistant Hotel Manager Remuneration / Benefits
Up to £35,000 per annum Including bonus of up to £2K p/a + Gratuities
30% staff discount on both food and drink in all Ever So Sensible outlets.
Your birthday and the following day off, every year.

The Successful Assistant Hotel Manager Candidate:
Must be a confident and considerate leader to nurture a happy and motivated team.
A passion for hospitality is a must, with a keen eye for detail and experience of working in a busy fresh food environment.
We employ hard-working people who are enthusiastic about creating exceptional drinking & dining experiences.
Assistant Hotel Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient management of the site. Aiding the senior venue management and taking full responsibility in their absence.
Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to.
Ensuring the highest standards of service, quality & cleanliness.
Managing profit margins and growing sales.
Motivating, coaching, and developing the team so they can further progress their careers.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
Computer literacy skills.
