Are you an experienced Communications Manager with strong social media skills and experience working within a large, multicultural organisation?
A leading international business is looking for an engaging and proactive communications professional to develop internal communications across its global workforce. The role will focus on employee engagement, community, recruitment, employer brand and corporate messaging. As Communications Manager, you will create engaging campaigns across digital and social channels, support senior leaders with key communications and help bring company culture, sustainability and business priorities to life.
Job Responsibilities
Develop internal communication campaigns for office-based and operational employees.
Create engaging written, visual and digital content across multiple channels.
Manage corporate social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Support employer branding, recruitment and employee engagement campaigns.
Draft leadership communications, presentations, announcements and talking points.
Translate complex business and sustainability information into engaging content.
Monitor campaign and social media performance and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across international teams and locations.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Have 3–5 years’ experience in internal, corporate or marketing communications.
Demonstrate experience working within a large, multicultural or international organisation.
Possess strong social media management experience across LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
Demonstrate excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
Have experience creating integrated campaigns across multiple communication channels.
Confidently work with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Demonstrate an interest in sustainability and ESG communications.
Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Industry background is not important; international communications experience and the ability to engage diverse audiences are key.
International travel is required, typically including a 3-day European trip approximately every two months, plus 2–3 international trips per year lasting at least one week
