Site Manager (Planned Maintenance Retrofit Works)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join our Housing Partnerships team based in the Midlands, working on retrofit works.

The purpose of the role is to manage and have overall responsibility for all on-site construction activities, ensuring all works are carried out safely, to programme, within budget and in accordance with all design standards, specifications and company procedures.

What youll do:

• Manage activities on site, ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are maintained at all times
• To liaise with and develop a working partnership with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor working alongside you on any particular project
