Groundsworker South Manchester 2 months+ 40 hrs £14 PAYE/ £17.50 Umbrella + van and fuel card Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to a Groundsworker for their Responsive Repairs Teamon a temporary basis. Responsibilities of the Groundsworker: Carrying out fencing, flagging and pointing Assisting other trades Work safely and professionally Picking up and delivering materials and equipment to properties Picking up and removing surplus materials and equipment, and booking these back into stores Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice within tenant homes Delivering an excellent customer experience Updating PDA in real time on a job's status Requirements of the Groundsworker: UK Driving License Previous labouring experience
