Site Manager Required in London and EssexGVR Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them on projects across London and Essex.As a main contractor they are based in Essex and they specialise in construction and fit-out projects across the Education, Healthcare, Residential, Retail and Commercial sectors.Duties of the Site Manager:Assist other Managers to ensure smooth construction sequencesMaintain and oversee various trade packagesManage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.Ensure works are completed to programme and quality standards.Maintain compliance with all health and safety requirements.Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the projectThe Site Manager must have/be:Proven experience delivering refurbishment, extension, new build and renovation projectsStrong background working for a main contractorMinimum of 5+ years’ experience in Site ManagementAbility to oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractorsStrong health & safety awareness and site compliance knowledgeExcellent communication and leadership skillsSMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at WorkExperience working across commercial, residential, or public sector projectsIf you are interested in the Site Manager position, then please get in touch.
