About the role
Senior Paraplanner Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid Working Available)Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 (dependent on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pmAn established and growing financial planning firm based in Liverpool City Centre is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner / Chartered Paraplanner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered professional who enjoys high-quality technical work and is ready to take on a team leadership role within a collaborative, values-led business.The RoleYou will take responsibility for providing comprehensive paraplanning support to Financial Planners while also acting as a team leader within the paraplanning function. This role offers genuine influence, autonomy, and the chance to help shape processes and standards across the team.Key Responsibilities:Producing detailed, compliant suitability reports covering pensions, investments, protection, and estate planningUndertaking complex research and cashflow modellingSupporting Advisers with high-value and technically complex casesActing as a technical reference point for the paraplanning teamMentoring and supporting junior and mid-level ParaplannersReviewing paraplanning output to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistencyContributing to the development of systems, processes, and best practicesAbout YouChartered Financial Planner status (or demonstrably close to achieving)Significant experience in a Senior Paraplanner roleStrong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and holistic financial planningConfident communicator with the ability to guide and mentor othersHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsComfortable working in a hybrid environmentWhat's On OfferSalary up to 60,000 (DOE)33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)Hybrid working with Liverpool City Centre basePension scheme with employer contributionsFull support for ongoing exams and professional developmentA values-led culture that genuinely puts people and clients firstA growing firm full of opportunity, where your contribution will be recognised and your work truly mattersWhy Apply?This is a standout opportunity for a Chartered Paraplanner who wants more than just a technical role.
