Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional, with a striking personality, who can lead an amazing Bar team in this game changing sports bar. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous people management and hospitality experience.
Experience managing a venue of high volume.
Experience managing liquor stock.
Ability to understand guest’s needs.
Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
Ability to lead and coach a team.
Good organisation and communication skills.
Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including FOH and Kitchen.
Excellent financial acumen.
