Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support strategic decision-making within the business. Job DescriptionProduce monthly management accounts and board reportsLead month-end and year-end close processesManage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planningAnalyse financial performance and provide actionable insightsOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functionsPrepare VAT returns and support external auditsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsPartner with department managers to improve financial performanceMentor and develop junior finance staffThe Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have:A strong background in accounting and finance, with either a professional qualification or finalist (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.The ability to lead and develop a team effectively.What's on OfferSalary ranging from 50,000 to 55,000, dependent on the level of experience.Company pension scheme.Performance-related bonus.Study support for professional qualificationsIf you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
