Year 3 Teacher - Full Time | Telford | September Start ETCS Welcome About the Role: Aspire People are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Telford to recruit a Year 3 Teacher for a full-time, permanent position starting September 2026. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and track pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet all learners' needs. Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and contribute to whole-school initiatives. Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils' learning and wellbeing.
