About the Role:
Aspire People are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Telford to recruit a Year 3 Teacher for a full-time, permanent position starting September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and nurture children at a key stage in their education, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will lead a vibrant classroom, delivering engaging lessons that challenge and motivate pupils. You will be part of a collaborative and enthusiastic staff team who are committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and track pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet all learners' needs.
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils' learning and wellbeing.
Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (ETCS welcome)
Passion for teaching and inspiring children in Year 3
Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and key stage 2 pedagogy
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional development
