ContractLondon, WaterlooPosted 1 week agoCompetitive USD / Year This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Operational Delivery Project Manager / IT Service Manager to join this global Energy company looking after DEX Sustainability, including Delivery, Operational Readiness, Stabilisation & Risk Reduction.Description:DEX Sustainability ResponsibilitiesLead DEX Sustainability from design into delivery, implementation and value realisationStrong project delivery and operational management experience covering service performance, stability, incidents, risk and OPEX.Good infrastructure knowledge including resilience, environments, release management and change controlDefine and manage Non-Functional Requirements and measurable operational outcomesDrive operational readiness, service transition, deployment and support handoverIdentify delivery risks, root causes, process inefficiencies and systemic issuesCommunicate technical and operational issues clearly to leadership and stakeholdersLead cross-functional teams through delivery, testing, deployment and transition to BAURole Summary:Delivery-focused Project Manager with strong operational and service management experience to lead DEX Sustainability through implementation, operational readiness, stabilisation and transition into business-as-usual support.Mandatory Skills:PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certificationStrong Agile and Waterfall delivery experienceProven delivery of technology projects into productionOperational readiness and service transition experienceCloud, SaaS and digital platform experienceGovernance, assurance and vendor managementPlanning, budgeting, dependency and risk managementExecutive stakeholder management and financial forecastingStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience in digital, data and technology deliveryPreferred Skills:Degree or equivalent experience.10+ years IT experience, including leadership of complex projects up to $5M.Sustainability, data, reporting or regulatory programme experience.Global and cross-functional delivery experience.Strong influencing, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.Outcome-focused and comfortable working in ambiguity.| Project Planning & Tracking,Project Management, Project GovernanceWith a focus within Energy Trading, Oil & Gas, Financial Markets and Commodities, we offer a transparent Recruitment Service that has proven to be reliable and effective for over 40 years.
