Alexander Steele is delighted to partner once again with a leading UK manufacturer experiencing strong growth. We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at their Bedfordshire site.

The Role

You’ll manage and develop a skilled HR team, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and aligning people strategy with business goals. As the business continues to grow, you’ll play a key role in driving change management initiatives and enhancing organisational capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the HR team
• Delivering effective change management and workforce planning
• Overseeing employee relations, policies, and engagement initiatives
• Driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies
• Partnering with senior leaders to deliver evidence-based HR solutions

The Candidate

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR professional with:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager with people management experience
• CIPD qualification and strong employment law knowledge
• Proven experience leading HR teams and managing change
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience in manufacturing (preferred)
