SmartestEnergy is seeking a senior leader to drive transformation across the organisation. Reporting to the VP – Transformation, you will shape how the company designs, improves and embeds end-to-end processes and business change initiatives—ensuring they are scalable, future-fit and aligned to enterprise priorities.

You will establish enterprise-wide approaches to process optimisation and change adoption, using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and structured change management.
