Behaviour Mentor – Lincoln, Lincolnshire Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Temp to Full-Time | Monday to Friday Agency: GSL Education GSL Education are currently recruiting for a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to work in schools across Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This is a full-time opportunity, initially on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate. The Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support children of all ages with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges. You will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them to manage behaviour, build positive relationships, and engage with their learning.
