Salary: £38,000
Hours: Full time, including at least one weekend day

This new site has its own unique identity and menu, supported by Finks HQ, and serves seasonal, thoughtful dishes with an emphasis on quality ingredients and casual, vibrant food.
As Senior Sous Chef , youll be a key part of shaping this kitchen supporting the Head Chef in leading the team, maintaining high standards in prep and service, and helping to create an efficient, positive and inspiring kitchen environment.
Were building something special that will run all year round buzzing and fast-paced in the summer, warm and inviting in the winter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and loves being part of a close-knit, hardworking team.
Responsibilities: Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
Leading and motivating the team during service
Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organisation
Overseeing prep and ensuring consistency across all dishes
Assisting with rota planning, stock control, and supplier orders
Training and supporting junior team members
Contributing to menu development and seasonal changes
What were looking for: Proven experience as a Sous Chef
Calm, confident and solutions-focused in a busy kitchen
Passion for xwzovoh fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple, thoughtful food
Great communication and leadership skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
A team player who brings energy and a positive attitude to the kitchen
