Responsibilities as the Head Chef
Leading the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards across all dining outlets
Designing and evolving menus in line with a 2 Rosette-level offering, focusing on seasonality and quality produce
Managing kitchen operations, including ordering, cost control and team development
Mentoring and inspiring a small brigade of 6 chefs, fostering a positive and professional culture
Ensuring exceptional presentation and attention to detail in every dish
