AIC Scotland Policy Manager
About the role
Are you interested in influencing policy to create a productive and sustainable agri-food supply chain?
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Policy Manager for AIC Scotland to represent our Member businesses and play a leading role in influencing Scottish agricultural policy.
In this home based, full time role, you will lead engagement with Members, policymakers and stakeholders to help shape policy, representing AIC Scotland in key discussions and providing expert insight into food and feed supply chains.
Reporting to AIC's Chief Executive, the role is a key part of our team of policy experts. It ensures the sector's voice is heard in policy development, regulatory consultations and industry wide initiatives, while supporting Members through technical guidance, political lobbying and clear communication.
Across all responsibilities, adding value for Members is the guiding principle, with every action focused on serving their interests and strengthening their businesses.
