£19.89 per hour
Location: Near London Bridge
We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic hospitality kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to achieve a great work-life balance while working in a high-quality food environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Occasional evenings required (paid at time and a half)
About the Role:
You will be part of a professional brigade of 10 chefs within a busy hospitality kitchen. The team delivers all catering for an exclusive client suite, offering a diverse range of food-from fresh sandwich and salad lunches to high-end, fine dining la carte menus.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Deliver consistently high standards across all food offerings
Contribute to menu development and event planning
Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in leading, training, and motivating the brigade
About You:
Proven experience in a fine dining environment
Events and hospitality experience preferred
Contract catering background desirable, but not essential
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Level 3 Food Safety qualification (or equivalent)
