Century Club, Soho (W1)
Century Club is one of London's longest-standing private members clubs - five floors on Shaftesbury Avenue, a rooftop terrace, and a serious food and drink operation running Tuesday to Saturday.
We are looking for a highly experienced Stock Controller to join our team two days per week. This is a hands-on role at the core of our F&B operation owning the numbers, maintaining accountability across departments, and identifying issues before they impact the business.
The Role
Conduct regular stock counts across bar, cellar, and kitchen
Deliver accurate variance reporting and waste analysis
Manage supplier reconciliation
Work closely with the Head of F&B and Finance Director
Use Nory and Xero as primary systems
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in stock control within hospitality
Background in a high-volume or premium venue preferred
Strong attention to detail with a methodical, commercially minded approach
Clear understanding of how stock integrity impacts margin
Experience with Nory is a strong advantage
References will be thoroughly verified

Part-time: 2 days per week
Based in Soho, London (W1)
£15,200 (FTE £38,000)
Club operates TuesdaySaturday (closed Sundays and Mondays)
