This is a role for a chef who thrives in busy services, leads from the front, and genuinely enjoys developing people. The kitchen delivers classic French brasserie cooking at serious volume while maintaining consistently high standards, so theyre looking for somebody organised, calm under pressure, and fully hands-on with the team.

Ideal Experience & Passion Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef in a high-volume premium restaurant or brasserie

Hands-on leadership style with strong people management skills

Experience with training, mentoring and team development
