Science Teacher
Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time
Start: ASAP / September
Pay: £168 – £232 per day

We are currently recruiting Science Teachers for secondary schools across the Southampton area. With Science remaining a high-demand subject, schools are eager to secure enthusiastic teachers who can support students across KS3 and KS4.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for long-term or permanent opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Supporting students with varying learning abilities
• Encouraging curiosity and analytical thinking
• Monitoring progress and supporting attainment
• Creating positive and structured classroom environments
• Supporting practical investigations and experiments
• Contributing to departmental planning and development
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred
• Strong Science subject knowledge
• Ability to motivate and engage learners
• Positive classroom management skills
• Passionate and proactive teaching approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
