Private Client Solicitor Salary £45-65,000 (DOE) Permanent Parking space / local to train station 28 days holiday +closed during Christmas / New Year break Epsom Working pattern: ideally 5 full days, however, could consider 4 days minimum or 5 shorter days Standard Hours: 8.45am - 5.00pm We are looking for an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join our client's local practice. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, providing advice and support to clients across a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion. Draft wills, LPAs and other private client documents. Handle probate applications and estate administration. Provide clear, professional advice and excellent client care. Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and new client referrals.About You Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in private client work.
