Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata)

Join a beautiful countryside wellbeing centre and help create a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest. This is a hands-on, varied role—perfect if you enjoy a mix of front desk interaction, behind-the-scenes setup, and keeping everything running like clockwork.
The Role
Part-time, shift-based (including evenings and weekends)
What You'll Be Doing
Welcome guests and create a calm, positive first impression
Manage bookings, payments, and day-to-day enquiries
Support classes, retreats, and visiting practitioners
Set up and reset studios and treatment spaces
Keep all areas clean, organised, and beautifully presented
Help with admin, stock checks, and basic reporting
Support health & safety processes, including pool testing

Organised, practical, and able to juggle tasks
Proactive with a hands-on approach
Comfortable working solo and as part of a team
Flexible with shifts
Experience in hospitality, leisure, or wellbeing is a plus (but not essential)
