Superior Healthcare is recruiting Live-in Healthcare Support Workers to support a young gentleman with an acquired brain injury in his own home in Hedge End. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to enable the client to live as independently, safely, and fulfilled as possible. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day personal and practical support within the home
Promoting independence, confidence, and social engagement
Supporting routines and activities tailored to the client's needs
Building a positive and consistent working relationship
Shift Pattern Live-in role
1 week on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off , depending on your preference
Pay & Benefits £1,400 per week
Competitive live-in rate with excellent continuity of care
Requirements Driver essential
Willingness to travel to Sussex for training
Previous experience in a care/support role preferred
Experience supporting individuals with brain injury advantageous
Checks Required Enhanced DBS check
Three years' continuous referencing
What We Offer £14.30 - £17.60 per hour
Paid induction and ongoing clinical training
