We are representing a well-established small animal practice in the Colchester area, known for high clinical standards and a genuinely supportive team environment. The practice sits within a respected independent network of over 20 sites across the South East, offering the best of both scale and autonomy.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, experienced team. This role suits both newly qualified vets seeking strong mentorship and experienced clinicians looking to progress. You will deliver consultations, diagnostics and treatment plans, perform routine soft-tissue surgery, communicate effectively with clients, and work closely with a skilled nursing and support team.

About You

RCVS registered (or eligible)
Confident with routine consults, diagnostics and basic surgery
Strong clinical standards and attention to detail
Compassionate and client-focused
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
