Location: Cambridge, CB2 0RE

Rate of Pay: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards
Looking after a team of 4
Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all events and operations
Providing guidance, support, and leadership to the catering team, ensuring high standards of service and performance
Overseeing food and beverage ordering, storage, and stock levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources
Managing the catering for up to 200 covers at site
