JWR are recruiting for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to join a thriving, premium pub operation in the heart of the New Forest.
This is a well-established, high-volume destination venue with a strong reputation for freshly cooked food, a range of house-brewed ales, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps both locals and visitors coming back. With a large garden and peak trading during holidays and sunny periods, this is an exciting and dynamic environment for an experienced hospitality professional.

The Role
As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the pub, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional standards across all areas.
You will:
Support the smooth and successful operation of the business
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
Deliver outstanding customer experiences every day
Take ownership of the venue in the Manager's absence
Manage costs, drive performance, and maintain compliance standards
Work collaboratively xwzovoh across front and back of house
