There is a brigade of 6-7 chefs preparing modern European cuisine. They prepare everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this will all be sourced locally. The successful Junior Sous Chef will have the opportunity to assist with menu design, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team. xwzovoh
