We are seeking a highly skilled Governance & Frameworks Manager to lead the development and oversight of our enterprise-wide governance framework. This role is critical in ensuring the organisation operates in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards, promoting transparency, consistency, and accountability across all functions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance the organisation’s governance framework
  • Establish and maintain effective governance structures, including committees and reporting lines
  • Lead the development and management of the full policy lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including those set by the UK Gambling Commission
  • Oversee governance reporting, including dashboards, management information, and board papers
  • Monitor adherence to governance standards and escalate risks or breaches
  • Ensure alignment between policies, procedures, and control frameworks
  • Act as a key liaison between Compliance, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, and operational teams
  • Provide expert governance guidance to senior stakeholders
  • Support governance committees, including preparation of materials and tracking actions
  • Monitor regulatory developments and lead updates to policies and frameworks
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and assurance activities
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, standardisation, and automation


About You


  • Strong experience in governance, risk, compliance, or assurance roles
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practice governance
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (preferably gambling, financial services, or similar)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence at senior levels and drive organisational change
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to spend 3 days in Warrington
