Key Responsibilities - Assistant Restaurant Manager

Support the day-to-day running of a café/restaurant in Cheddar
Lead from the front, delivering excellent service within a hospitality environment
Oversee breakfast and lunch service in a high-volume operation
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience
Take responsibility for opening, closing, and food safety procedures

What we're looking for

Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor within hospitality
Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment
Strong organisational and customer service skills
