Salary: £30,000 - £34,000+

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service across dining, reception, and events
Create a seamless guest journey—from arrival to departure
Take orders, manage bookings, and confidently handle payments
Share menu and service knowledge with ease and enthusiasm
Support events including retreats, weddings, and private functions
Keep spaces clean, organised, and looking their best
Work across different areas, helping wherever needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in hospitality xwzovoh or front of house
Strong communication and people skills
Calm, organised, and proactive under pressure
A natural host with a positive, can-do attitude
Flexible and happy to work a varied rota
Interest in wellbeing, hospitality, or guest experience is a bonus
