The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food across both day-to-day service and private events.
This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who thrives in a dynamic kitchen and enjoys variety.

Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week
Opening Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Sunday: Closed
Flexibility Required: Due to a busy events calendar, evening and weekend work will be required

Experience at Junior Sous level
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Passion for fresh, high-quality food
Ability to work flexibly around events and business needs
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Own transport is essential due to the location
