A well-established golf club is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and reliable Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, quality ingredients. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on chef who enjoys producing great food for a discerning membership in a friendly, professional environment.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared food across a wide range of services, from daily clubhouse dining to team matches, private functions and special events.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of the kitchen
Preparing and cooking fresh food for members and events
Supporting the planning and delivery of menus for matches, private functions and themed evenings
Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
Supporting food cost control while maintaining excellent quality
Working closely with the Front of House team to coordinate events
Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for cooking fresh food from scratch
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
Own transport essential due to rural location
