HEOR Project Manager – Contract Opportunity - 12 months

We’re looking for an experienced HEOR Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) and Real‑World Evidence (RWE) initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment and enjoys driving operational excellence across complex, cross‑functional projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end project management across multiple HEOR/RWE initiatives
- Manage third‑party vendors, including onboarding, contracting, and invoicing
- Oversee timelines, budgets, risks, and change controls across a diverse project portfolio
- Partner closely with scientific teams, business units, procurement, and external collaborators
- Support RFP development, proposal review, and portfolio planning
- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and high‑quality project documentation
- Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance project workflows, reporting, and risk identification
What We’re Looking For
Project Management Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare
- Experience managing complex portfolios and external vendors
- HEOR/RWE project experience is preferred but not required
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Familiarity with HEOR study types (observational studies, SLRs, modeling, PROs)
- Understanding of pharma planning cycles, procurement, and contracting
- Knowledge of compliance and data privacy requirements is a plus
Core Skills
- Strong stakeholder management across scientific and business teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and operational leadership
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, etc.)
- Experience with financial systems (SAP, Fiori, Ariba) is a xwzovoh bonus
AI & Automation (New Requirement)
- Experience using AI‑enabled tools for scheduling, reporting, or risk analytics
- Familiarity with automation in PM workflows (invoicing, dashboards, milestone tracking)
- Interest in championing emerging AI technologies within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
- Experience in a matrixed pharmaceutical organization
- Background supporting both strategy and operations
