The Role Head Chef
Lead the kitchen for luxury weddings
Create and deliver innovative, seasonal menus with a focus on fire cooking and whole-animal butchery
Champion sustainability throughout the kitchen
T rain, motivate and inspire a passionate small team
Maintain exceptional standards of detail, quality and consistency

What Were Looking For Head Chef
Head Chef or strong Sous Chef from a high-end wedding venue, hotel or fresh-led busy restaurant/event venue
Experience or strong interest in fire cooking, butchery, and sustainable food practices
A creative, calm and inspiring leader
A chef who thrives in a high-quality, guest-focused environment
