Location: Notting Hill, London, UK
Salary: Up to £16.50 per hour (including tronc) + benefits
Contract: Full-time (weekend availability required)

Join us at The Walmer Castle, an iconic Victorian pub that has been a cornerstone of Notting Hill since 1845. Combining historic charm with modern hospitality, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and service in one of Londons most vibrant neighbourhoods.
The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the kitchen, taking ownership of your section and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Run and manage your designated section efficiently during service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Ensure quality, portion control, and presentation meet expectations
Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive team environment
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Collaborate with the wider kitchen and front-of-house team
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie (essential)
Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment xwzovoh
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Passion for food and continuous learning
Weekend availability is essential
