The Role
Running and managing the hotel kitchen in Head Chefs absence ensuring consistency of food
Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
Preparing meals using fresh produce to a high standard
Assist in writing Menu's with Head Chef
Restaurant and Function Work
Kitchen Management duties
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef
Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standards or higher
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
