As a Warehouse Supervisor, youll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). Youll be working 2100-0600 each week on the Monday to Friday night shift. In return for your hard work, well offer you a competitive hourly rate of £19.53 including shift allowances. You will also receive 21 days holiday (plus bank holiday) increasing to 26 days after 4 years service. What youll do on a typical day:
Organise small a team, including planning workloads and delegating tasks
Creating a productive environment using appropriate strategies
Managing xwzovoh KPI's for team performance with daily review
Assisting managers in day to day running of operation
Ensuring all H&S incidents are reported through appropriate platforms
Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Ideally an FLT licence
MHE experience would be very advantageous
A willingness to learn and build a new career
An interest or previous experience in Warehousing
